Just like our buffets, our BBQs are different from the rest and will leave your guests in awe.
As well as great service, you can expect totally hand-made burgers, beautiful hand-linked sausages and garlic and lemon chicken skewers all made fresh from our own recipes. We only ever use the best ingredients and we simply don’t do processed food on our BBQs.
We use a separate BBQ for vegetarians and they can expect the same beautiful home-made food as the non-veggies. Whether you want to impress your guests with a home-made sweet carrot and chick pea burger with creme fresh and salsa, or a haloumi and vegetable skewer drizzled with olive oil and black pepper, we have got you covered.
We know what works and can provide you with everything you need to make sure your event goes off with a bang. We can provide tables, gazebos, chefs, waiting staff, plates, cutlery, glasses, condiments and of course, all the food you will need for your event. Just contact us to run through your requirements today.
If you want to run your own BBQ, we don’t mind. You can hire our super-duper excelsior six-burner BBQ and do the cooking yourself. We can drop it off at your door, pick it up when you’ve finished and you won’t even have to worry about cleaning it, we’ll do all that for you back at The Happy HQ.
